For the second time now, personal and professional training sessions were held for HANDLER apprentices.
At the personality training, the young employees complete seminars on various topics: motivation, correct presentation in public, etiquette and much more. This helps the apprentices progress not only along their career path, but also in private.
Mentors, foremen, and employees from various areas developed a continuing education programme for apprentices to provide the optimal complement for job training to the skills that the apprentices learn in the trade school and on the construction site. The result of the intensive 14-day professional training is the apprentices’ sample house, which is the product of the cooperation of construction and timber building areas.
