Apprenticeship at HANDLER

Build a house. And your bank balance.

I can do it. So can you.
HANDLER is a world where new things are constantly happening.
It all started with a carpentry workshop in 1862.
This means that our company has been built on a solid foundation
for around 160 years.
Today, as the HANDLER Group, we handle the entire spectrum of real estate services throughout Austria, from project development and construction to brokerage. Everything from a single source. Nevertheless, we are still a family business. This keyword is important for you: family business. Because that is what you will feel every day when you work with us. You belong here. You are part of a team of people who don't just do their jobs, but are passionate about what they do. Because the work of each and every individual is valued.

An apprenticeship lasts three or four years, but life is a little longer than that.
So it's a good idea to start thinking beyond your training now.
At HANDLER, we consider this to be a form of initiative, which is particularly important to us. If you feel the same way, we have a promising future ahead of us together. From apprentice to team leader: this is not uncommon at our company. Many individuals who started as apprentices with us have already pursued this career path, and we have supported them in their advancement.

Actually, we only want one thing from you:
that you enjoy your work.
You need to bring enthusiasm, determination, and a desire to work outdoors. Everything else you will learn with us, from our experts and as part of a strong team. What you can expect from us are motivated and competent mentors who will accompany you throughout your entire apprenticeship. For us, training and further education is more than just teaching you what you need to know for your job over a few years. That goes without saying.

Your benefits.

We offer you a varied program: An introductory day with parents makes it easier to get started, while exciting excursions with action and team building focus on cohesion. In addition, we facilitate apprentice exchange programs—whether in other companies or abroad—because learning from each other is particularly important to us.

This is how you continue to develop.

We see apprentice training as an investment in a successful future. That's why we support you in two ways: in the technical field, we offer training courses that provide you with the knowledge you need to prepare for your final apprenticeship exam. On a personal level, we offer three modules for personal development that cover your presentation skills, determination, and understanding of business.

Learning should be fun.
With team building, fun, and action.
