Compliance with legal requirements and internal rules, in particular in connection with bribery, corruption, cartelization, fraud, embezzlement, theft, money laundering, data protection and product safety, is a top priority at HANDLER. In order to prevent damage to our company, our employees and our business partners, it is essential to quickly identify, process and immediately remedy any grievances.


Who can I contact?

The protection of persons who report such violations is ensured at HANDLER by implementing a whistleblower system in the form of an e-mail box. You can report such misconduct via the e-mail address or by contacting us verbally at +43 2646 2278. Of course, it is also possible to report such misconduct in writing by mail or in person to a member of staff at any time.


How does the e-mail box work?

In order for a report to be investigated, it is important that it is as specific as possible. Therefore, try to answer the five W-questions as best you can: Who? What? When? Where? How? Upon receipt of your report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt, whereupon the responsible employee will initiate the first steps. Your report will be processed and followed up with the utmost confidentiality.


There are no sanctions or other disadvantages to be feared when submitting tips, provided they are not deliberately false reports. The confidentiality of your reports will be maintained. Unauthorized persons have no access to it!


We encourage you to report any suspicion of illegal or unethical behavior to this effect, but would also like to point out that this reporting channel does not serve as an official complaint regarding the quality of the services provided by HANDLER.
