Initial consultation

Everything begins with a detailed and non-binding discussion in which the right concept for the respective project is found. General conditions as well as financial and structural feasibility are determined here.

Property survey

At the start of a new build, the basic survey of the building plot is carried out. This includes recording details such as the location and conditions of the building site or existing building regulations and zoning plans.

Status quo

For additions and conversions to an existing property, any consensus and as-built plans are drawn up. As a basis for further planning, a detailed survey is carried out on site using natural measurements and an exact 3D model of the existing property is created.

Design planning

In the design planning phase, we develop planning concepts with different solution approaches. The construction project is visualized and the legal, design, technical and economic contexts are identified. An initial cost estimate can then be drawn up.
