The Niederösterreichische Baupreis 2024 award

The Niederösterreichische Baupreis 2024 was presented in the capital of Lower Austria, St. Pölten, in late October. Among around 100 nominations, a high-caliber jury of experts in the fields of planning & architecture; research and execution honored three projects.

As general contractor, we were entrusted with the execution of the Mühlbach Ost project in St. Pölten on behalf of Alpenland and WET Wohnbaugruppe. We are proud to announce that it has now been awarded third place in the Niederösterreichische Baupreis 2024!

The four quality criteria for the Lower Austrian Building Award are:

• quality of the skilled and technical services
• contemporary planning, design and project implementation
• ecological and sustainable construction methods
• economical, usage-oriented functionality

The Niederösterreichische Baupreis is an initiative of the Lower Austrian Building and Construction Industry Guild and was awarded during a ceremony in Krems. You can find out more about the project here: Wohnquartier Mühlbach Ost
